Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, well known by his stage name Wizkid, is kicking out the year 2021 with a boom.
The Singer took up five awards at the recent 2021 African Entertainment Awards in the United States.
Recall Wizkid was the first African musician to win three prizes at AFRIMA 2021, creating history as the first African artist to do so.
Essence feat. Tems, his summer smash hit song, took home four of the five awards, while his latest album, Made In Lagos, took home the Album of the Year award.
